About the Royal Palms

In the summer of 2002, two local women envisioned a group that would unite the young women in their community through friendship and service. That group is the Royal Palms of St. Lucie County. The group has grown to more than 100 members, who are dedicated to serving women and children in the Treasure Coast.

Our Mission

The mission of the Royal Palms is to serve the community to effect positive change, inspire hope through example and develop the potential of members, while promoting volunteerism. Through action and leadership, the Royal Palms are devoted to improving the lives of individuals and families within our community, regardless of race, religion, or national origin.

In October 2006, the Palm Pyramid was implemented to provide structure to the method we use to disburse funds. The Royal Palms disburses an average of $25,000 every year back into the community with direction from the Palm Pyramid. Along with the Palm Pyramid recipients, three $1,000 Indian River State College scholarships are given as well.
